In a one-on-one setting, Victoria Marie, CTACC can provide direct support through active listening, constructive feedback and tangible tools for coping.

VictoriA Marie typically sees private clients once a week for 50-60 minutes via Skype or in-office. The frequency of the sessions is adjusted to meet the needs of the individual client.

Your GROUP Coaching

The group setting provides an ongoing opportunity to create a support system among a group. In this environment, each person has an opportunity to share their stories and see that they are not alone in their challenges– a priceless realization for many who feel isolated and misunderstood. The group dynamic allows for a variety of perspectives, cultivates trust among people and creates a deep connection between Victoria Marie and the participants.  Each participant receives an individual folder for the tools they receive from Victoria Marie and this "notebook" to capture personal insights along the way. Group coaching sessions are 90 minutes and typically occur once a month. This is a great choice for Clubs, Sororities, Empty-Nest groups, families, Church/Synagogues, etc.
